How the Data Allowance Works

• The main allowance is one shared balance for Mainland China and the UK; it is not a full allowance for each country.
• The Europe allowance is separate from the main balance and is shared across all supported European roaming destinations.
• The Europe allowance is 5GB, 8GB or 12GB according to the selected plan; it is not that amount per destination.
• The provider information does not confirm whether data stops or continues at reduced speed after an allowance is exhausted.
• Network speed and 5G/4G availability depend on location, device compatibility, local coverage and congestion.

Calls, SMS and Mobile Number

• The 22GB plan includes 500 UK minutes.
• The 50GB plan includes 2,000 UK minutes plus 200 overseas minutes.
• The 120GB plan includes unlimited eligible UK calls plus 200 overseas minutes.
• The 200 overseas minutes apply only to the 15 listed overseas destinations.
• SMS allowance is not confirmed. The activation confirmation message is provided for setup only; it is not a general SMS bundle.
• Whether a permanent local mobile number is assigned is not confirmed for this product.

Coverage

Main data is for Mainland China and the UK. The separate roaming allowance can be used across the listed European destinations, and overseas minutes are limited to the listed call destinations.

• A destination not listed above should be treated as unsupported unless confirmed before purchase.

Network and Service Information

Activation, Installation and Connection

1. Confirm the phone is carrier-unlocked and supports eSIM.
2. Connect to stable Wi‑Fi and install the supplied eSIM profile.
3. While outside Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, enable the eSIM line.
4. Call 888 and wait for the activation confirmation SMS.
5. Only after confirmation should you enter a restricted destination.
6. Select the eSIM for mobile data and enable Data Roaming when required.
7. In the UK, send BAL to 888 to check the available balance.
