The separate shared 15GB roaming allowance is available across the supported destinations listed below. It is one combined allowance, not 15GB per destination, and it covers data only.
Calls in Spain
Outgoing and incoming calls work while you are in Spain, on the Spanish number issued with the plan. Calls are not available in the roaming destinations listed below.
One shared 500-minute allowance
The 500 minutes cover calls made and received in Spain, and outgoing and incoming calls deduct from the same balance. Incoming calls are not free. Premium-rate numbers, short codes and special-service numbers may be excluded or charged separately.
Hotspot
Hotspot sharing is included. No separate hotspot cap applies to this plan — hotspot use draws on the same data allowance.

Calls work in Spain only
The 500 minutes cover calls made and received in Spain. Outgoing and incoming calls deduct from the same allowance and incoming calls are not free. The eSIM cannot make or take calls while roaming in the other listed destinations.
No SMS at all
The eSIM cannot send or receive SMS, including bank codes, login codes, booking texts and other verification codes.
Validity begins at email delivery
The 27 consecutive days begin when the delivery email is sent, even if the eSIM has not been installed or used.
The number cannot be renewed
The Spanish number expires when the plan ends and cannot be renewed, recharged, transferred or retained.
Single-use QR code
An unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone is required. The QR code can be installed only once and support cannot reissue it.
Non-refundable purchase
All sales are final. No refund is available after purchase, including for incompatibility, carrier lock, deletion, coverage or speed dissatisfaction.

- Keep it installed
Do not delete or transfer the eSIM. The QR code cannot be rescanned and support cannot reissue it.
