Why would I need a travel number?

Hotels, drivers and tour operators may need a number for booking forms, pickup problems, check-in changes or last-minute updates. Use the temporary travel number instead of your personal number.

Can hotels and drivers call the travel number?

They can on call-enabled plans. Check the incoming-call allowance and conditions shown on the selected plan.

Does Taro keep my purchase information confidential?

Yes. Taro keeps the personal and order information you provide during purchase completely confidential.

What happens when the travel number expires?

Once the plan and number expire, later calls or messages to that travel number no longer reach you.

Will a European plan give me a number from every covered country?

Not necessarily. A European plan may include one specific European number. Each plan shows the number country, country code, covered destinations and exact call and SMS capabilities.

Can the travel number receive verification codes?

SMS support does not automatically guarantee verification-code delivery. Check the exact plan information before relying on it for verification.

When does the plan start?

Activation differs by plan. It may begin on installation, redemption or first connection to a supported network. Check the stated activation rule before installing.
