How can we help?
Pick a topic, or write to us — a human replies, usually within a few hours.
Before
you buy.
The plan card is always the final source for what's included.
Does every plan include a local number?
No. Most do, and each card states which calls and SMS are included. Plans in the Local data zone are data only, with no number.
Can hotels and drivers call it?
Yes, on call-enabled plans. Check the incoming-call field on the card before buying.
Can it receive verification codes?
SMS support does not guarantee verification-code delivery — banks and short-code senders apply their own rules. Keep your personal SIM available for codes.
Will it work on my phone?
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone. Dial *#06# — an EID number means it has eSIM.
When does the plan start?
It varies: on install, on first connection, or when we email the eSIM. The card says which before you pay.
Is my purchase information confidential?
Yes. Personal and order information provided during purchase is kept completely confidential.
Setup &
using it.
Full walkthrough on How it works.
How and when do I get the eSIM?
By email within five minutes of payment, with the QR code and step-by-step instructions.
Can I install before departure?
Yes — installing does not always start the plan. Check the plan’s start trigger first.
Do I keep my own SIM?
Yes. The Taro line installs alongside your existing SIM, so your home number stays reachable.
Should data roaming be on?
For the Taro line, follow the plan’s note (often yes). Keep your personal line’s roaming off to avoid home-carrier charges.
Can I move the eSIM to another phone?
No. The QR code installs once — put it on the phone you are taking, and never delete it while troubleshooting.
Refunds, in plain terms.
These are digital products — nothing ships, nothing is returned. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@taromobile.com with your order number, purchase email, destination, exact device model and what went wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
- Not delivered within 5 minutes, and we can’t complete delivery after you contact us
- The eSIM is materially different from what you bought
- A duplicate order, if the duplicate was never installed or used
- A verified product or service fault, after reasonable troubleshooting
- Anything applicable consumer law requires
- Phone isn’t eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked (requirements shown before purchase)
- Wrong destination, plan or device chosen after the info was shown
- Change of mind after the eSIM was delivered
- The eSIM was deleted without support’s instruction
- The plan was activated, allowance used, or validity expired
- Outside coverage, or roaming/APN instructions not followed
- A bank or sender doesn’t deliver a code the plan never promised
- Issues from your device, home carrier or settings
Give us a fair chance to verify delivery, diagnose or replace. We may ask for screenshots of settings or errors — never passwords, one-time codes, full card details or your QR code. And don't delete the installed eSIM: it's the evidence, and most profiles can't be re-downloaded.
The remedy fits the case: corrected delivery, technical help, a replacement, or a full or partial refund — back to the original payment method, with no hidden processing fee. Bank processing times are outside our control.
Cancellation and withdrawal rights vary by market and by whether digital performance has begun; where law requires consent before digital delivery starts, it is collected at checkout.
